Position:
Guest Laundry Attendant

• Identify stained or damaged items and determine status for repair, spot treatment, rewash, or discard.
• Inspect cleanliness of articles removed from the washer, dryer, or dry‑cleaning machines and place in clean linen carts.
• Set dryers to designated times and temperatures based on fabrics contained in load.
• Operate and monitor washing, dry cleaning, and drying machinery, including adding chemicals and cleaning lint traps.
• Fold cleaned articles into designated size, either by hand or using folding machine. Maintain accurate records of items laundered.
• Remove lint and debris from dryer screens, dry cleaning filters, and drain trap after each load.
• Greet all guests with a proper greeting.
• Launder all dirty towels.
• Fold towels and stock them on shelves.
• Accountable for the pick-up and delivery of guest laundry with proper logging procedures.
• Clear the laundry chute of any dirty linen.
• Stock amenity table for afternoon.
• Report any damages, hazards, repairs, and strangers in assigned areas.
• Return any items found in guestrooms, hallways, or back of the house to the lost and found.
• Quickly respond to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner.

• 1 year of experience in housekeeping/customer service or a similar role.
