We are looking for a meticulous and detail‑oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team and contribute to the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel rooms and guest facilities. As a Housekeeper at Kingsail, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive guest experience through impeccable room presentation.
The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Reports to:
Housekeeping Supervisor
- Clean and tidy guest rooms and common areas according to established hotel standards
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and public spaces
- Ensure the proper use and care of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to the appropriate department
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance staff to coordinate guest requests and room turnovers
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests
- Follow health and safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals
- Uphold privacy and security standards for guests and their belongings
- Assist in deep cleaning tasks and special projects as needed
- Previous experience as a Hotel Housekeeper or in a similar role is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and proper use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Initiative to identify and address cleaning needs proactively
- Commitment to maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for guests
