We are looking for a meticulous and detail‑oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team and contribute to the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel rooms and guest facilities. As a Housekeeper at Kingsail, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive guest experience through impeccable room presentation.

Reports to:

Housekeeping Supervisor

• Clean and tidy guest rooms and common areas according to established hotel standards
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and public spaces
• Ensure the proper use and care of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to the appropriate department
• Collaborate with front desk and maintenance staff to coordinate guest requests and room turnovers
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals
• Uphold privacy and security standards for guests and their belongings
• Assist in deep cleaning tasks and special projects as needed

• Previous experience as a Hotel Housekeeper or in a similar role is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and proper use of cleaning equipment
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Initiative to identify and address cleaning needs proactively
• Commitment to maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for guests
