Massage Therapist — SpaFull-Time or Part-Time | Weekend Availability Required
Join our Spa team and deliver exceptional wellness experiences in a relaxing resort environment. We are seeking licensed Massage Therapists who are passionate about guest care, professional technique, and creating memorable experiences through therapeutic and relaxation services.
This position is available full-time or part-time. Availability on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and/or Monday is required.
Employee housing may be available for full-time applicants (based on availability).
Average full-time earnings typically range from $85,000 – $115,000 annually

Position SummaryMassage Therapists are responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering therapeutic massage and body treatments designed to relieve muscle pain, tension, and stress while promoting overall wellness. This role requires strong technical skill, attention to guest comfort and safety, and collaboration with the Spa team to maintain a welcoming and professional environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional massage therapy services tailored to guest needs
Deliver body treatments including scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy
Assess guest health history and identify contraindications prior to service
Create a relaxing, safe, and personalized guest experience
Maintain knowledge of current techniques and modalities
Prepare treatment rooms, draping, and workstations before and after services
Monitor guest comfort and safety throughout treatments
Educate guests on wellness recommendations and retail products
Promote spa packages and products aligned with guest goals
Maintain cleanliness of treatment areas and assist with overall spa upkeep
Assist with laundry and operational support tasks as needed
Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to leadership
Coordinate with Spa Desk regarding scheduling and guest needs
QualificationsMust hold a current Massage Therapy license in the State of Florida
Maintain required continuing education and licensing standards
Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic spa team
Strong guest service and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
Weekend availability required
Reports to Spa Director and Spa Manager
