OverviewThis position requires daily travel within the Lower Keys Territory. It is full-time, M-Sunday, 7 days on / 7 days off.

Attractive Pay$90,000-$95,000 with add-on bonus opportunities – Compensation may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

You will then continue your onboarding working directly with nurses in our program. On average our orientation for an R.N is 3-4 weeks, however, is individualized according to your needs and experience.

- Caring for patients and families at end of life can create challenging situations
- Personal cell phone with monthly reimbursement
- Performs initial nursing assessment on new admissions.
- Completes, coordinates and revises the total plan of care and maintains continuity of patient care by collaborating with appropriate staff.
- Regularly communicates patient progress to the clinical manager, physician and care team.
- Develops, prepares, and maintains individualized patient care progress records with accuracy, timeliness and according to care center policies.
- Records pain/symptom management changes/outcomes as appropriate."
