• Successfully recruit, onboard, train, and coach staff, schedule employee shifts with strict adherence to overtime policies, and manage employee engagement, performance, and recognition.
• Grow sales volume and increase site profitability.
• Manage operating P&L metrics and understand how expenditures impact business margins and pricing.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure the site follows all approved safety procedures and vehicle damage claim procedures.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Three or more years of retail experience, with at least one year in a management role. Experience as a supervisor or assistant manager in a big box environment, auto industry, car wash, or lube store is encouraged.
• Driver’s License required. MVR check will be performed post‑offer.

The employee must stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stop, crouch, and kneel frequently. The employee must work in damp, humid, and outdoors variable weather conditions. The employee may lift or move objects up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

The incumbent must perform this job safely in accordance with SOPs, wear PPE as required, and work in an outdoor car wash environment with moderate to occasionally loud noise. Compliance with OSHA safety guidelines is required.

The team member must be capable of performing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
