• Lead the customer experience by managing talent, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer receives a great, personalized experience.
• Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage the budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety, security rules and company policies.
• Maintain the store’s appearance and presentation to reflect brand standards.

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Self-starter with a drive to learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
