The Shores of Lake Phalen is looking for a Full-Time Dishwasher / Kitchen Assistant who takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly. This is a behind-the-scenes role with front-and-center importance.

Full-Time

11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Consistent hours and a reliable routine

$16.61 – $20.09 per hour
(based on experience and qualifications)

• Keep dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools spotless and ready to go
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, floors, sinks, and work spaces
• Organize and store clean dishes properly
• Handle waste and recycling safely and efficiently
• Assist the kitchen team with basic prep and cleaning tasks
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures

• Dependable, hardworking, and team-focused
• Knowledgeable or willing to learn food safety standards
• CPR, First Aid, or Serv Safe certified (preferred, not required)
• Someone who shows up with character, gratitude, purpose, and heart
