This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Nursing, located in Maplewood, MN. The Director of Nursing will oversee all aspects of nursing care and services within the facility, ensuring compliance with regulations and the highest standards of resident care. Responsibilities include managing the nursing team, coordinating care plans, implementing and monitoring infection control protocols, overseeing long-term care programs, and developing strategies to enhance resident health and well-being.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Nursing and comprehensive knowledge of medical practices
- Experience in Nursing Management and supervising healthcare teams
- Strong expertise in Infection Control procedures and best practices
- Knowledge and experience in Long-term Care protocols and regulations
- Effective leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Previous experience in assisted living or related senior living settings is a plus
