Join our team as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) at Caretta Maplewood.

We are dedicated to creating a positive impact in the assisted living communities we serve and are seeking a licensed practical nurse with passion for seniors.

Base pay: $29.00/hr - $32.00/hr (plus benefits).

• Assures residents maintain admission criteria, monitor, and recommend alternative placement if necessary.
• Assures residents have up to date care plans per state regulations.
• Monitors and maintains resident charts and clinical progress notes.
• Communicates to physicians, staff and family changes in resident’s needs or conditions.
• Facilitates coordination of resident services with other service providers.
• Oversees medications and renewals and any necessary follow-up with physicians about medications and/or medical conditions.
• Assures that medication administration procedures are followed properly and discusses any needed corrections, errors, etc., with staff.
• Communicates in resident’s log any information that staff need to be aware of.
• Provides alternating supervisory visits in coordination with the RN.
• Works as a team player with പ്രവർത്ത members of the residents’ care team.
• Supervises medication practices and medical equipment being used in the building.
• Assures that staff clearly understand and follow all resident care procedures.
• Shares resident and family concerns with pertinent staff if appropriate.
• Works with manager to assure emergency procedures are in place.

• Maintains current state license as an LPN per state regulations.
• A minimum of one year’s experience in home health, assisted living, or long‑term care is preferred.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to self‑start and follow through with initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Exhibits a caring heart with a passion to care for the elderly.
