Sr. IT Analyst

We're looking for a dynamic Sr. IT Analyst ready to make a difference by supporting global workflow solutions. This role is all about bringing your project management skills to the fore and collaborating with diverse teams across the globe.

• Lead and support the rollout of new global and local workflow solutions, ensuring seamless operations.
• Develop and standardize labeling processes while coordinating with various stakeholders for effective change management.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment and improvement of processes.
• Address and resolve urgent requests within the Design Operations stream efficiently.
• Maintain work instructions and manage reports and data analysis for better decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate policies in packaging labeling requirements.
• Coordinate troubleshooting for complex cases and handle non-standard scenarios effectively.
• Apply ethical principles in daily operations and manage project tasks as assigned.

• Proven experience in supporting deployment and rollout of IT solutions.
• Strong proficiency in process integration and user acceptance testing.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to lead and coordinate effectively.
• Ability to work closely with diverse teams and stakeholders globally.

• Experience in managing automated solutions and proposing enhancements within IT operations.
• Background in regulatory and technical affairs related to packaging policies.
• Experience in developing service transition strategies.
