IT Solution Screening Manager

We're on the lookout for a meticulous and proactive IT Solution Screening Manager to drive our IT solution evaluation process. This hybrid role demands strategic thinking and superb organizational skills to balance innovation with security and risk management.

• Lead the comprehensive IT solution screening process, ensuring swift and effective evaluations.
• Regularly update and refine process documentation and governance standards.
• Coordinate thorough reviews with stakeholders to ensure timely outcomes and clear communication.
• Optimize process efficiency by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.
• Support readiness for project launch and verify the completion of necessary prerequisites.
• Continuously improve the process based on stakeholder feedback, enhancing overall performance.

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 5–8 years' experience in IT project management, governance, or service management roles.
• Expertise in managing cross-functional IT processes effectively.
• Strong organizational aptitude with a keen eye for detail and precision.
• Excellent skills in communication and facilitation to engage with various teams.

• ITIL certification or equivalent qualifications.
• Proficiency with IT service management tools such as Service Now.
• Familiarity with project portfolio management software like Planview or Clarity.
• Background in methodologies focusing on process improvement, such as Lean.
• Strong analytical abilities, effectively deriving insights from data.

The pay range for this role is $37 - $71 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
