Overview
The IT Project Lead III will lead end-to-end project management for multiple product family–level rebranding, packaging, and labeling initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining global supply continuity, and delivering projects on time and within cost targets. The position requires close collaboration with global, cross-functional teams and strong execution discipline across complex, concurrent projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project management of multiple rebranding, packaging, and labeling initiatives across product families
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements while maintaining uninterrupted global supply
- Manage project timelines, scope, risks, and costs across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional stakeholders to align project activities with broader workstream goals
- Drive project execution through milestone tracking, issue mitigation, and proactive risk management
- Escalate risks, gaps, and delays to leadership in a timely and solutions-oriented manner
- Act as a Business Process Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across processes, supply chain, and operations
Skills & Qualifications
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with the ability to navigate ambiguity across functions and geographies
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects at varying stages of planning and execution
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Experience working with global SKUs and regulatory requirements in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
- Black Belt or Lean Six Sigma certification
- Background in supply chain and/or operations
One of the following is required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 3+ years of experience in product commercialization, supply chain, or operations, including demonstrated project leadership experience

- High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of experience in product commercialization, supply chain, or operations, including demonstrated project leadership experience
