📍 The Shores of Lake Phalen – Maplewood, MN

Looking for a job that’s more than just a paycheck? At The Shores of Lake Phalen, you’ll join a caring team where compassion, kindness, and teamwork make every day meaningful. As a Resident Assistant (RA), you’ll bring smiles, comfort, and dignity to the seniors who call our community home. 💙

Pay Range: $18.33 – $22.18 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

401(k) Retirement Plan with immediate vesting 💼

Growth opportunities in a supportive, team-focused environment

6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)

Support residents during meals, snacks, and activities

Respond quickly to resident call systems and emergencies

Document and report changes in resident conditions to wellness staff

Build meaningful connections with residents and families

Help keep resident rooms and common areas safe, comfortable, and welcoming

Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, or dining room service when needed

1+ year of assisted living experience (preferred)

Ability to pass medication (certification a plus!)

CPR & First Aid certification, or willing to obtain

Experience with Memory Care residents (preferred)

Must be at least 18 years old
