• Support scientists and engineers during new product development and change management processes.
• Perform hands‑on laboratory tasks including conducting experiments and product testing.
• Create and maintain detailed and accurate documentation of experiments and results.
• Verify and validate product performance to ensure specifications are met.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned to support project goals and team success.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline from an accredited university.
• Demonstrated experience in the development and support of medical devices, including new product introduction and sustaining engineering activities.
• Proficiency in using Solid Works CAD software for design and engineering tasks.
• Hands‑on experience with 3D printing technologies, including operation and post‑processing techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and scientific rigor.
