Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer
Our client, a leader in innovative research and development, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the Corporate Research Process Lab supporting process and product development teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, proactive problem‑solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:Laboratory Technician
Location:Maplewood, MN (100% onsite)
Pay Range: $20 to $22 p/h w-2
Duration: 12 month contract
- Take ownership over a coating process line, working closely with product developers on coating operations and ensuring smooth execution of processes.
- Conduct analytical work, characterizing samples and materials, and performing detailed analysis related to process line experiments.
- Operate and maintain a variety of mechanical equipment safely and efficiently.
- Handle chemicals with care, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Document all experimental procedures and results with precision and clarity.
- Experience working with process lines and analytical characterization techniques.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to chemical handling and mechanical equipment.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Motivation to support process and product development initiatives.
