What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Support the site manager with facility operations and customer service
Answer phone inquiries from active and prospective customers
Show storage units, explain rental terms, and prepare rental contracts
Perform general property cleanup and minor repair work
Ensure vacant storage units are clean, dry, secure, and ready for new customers

What is Required (Qualifications)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Excellent communication skills
Availability to work on weekends and holidays
Ability to perform physical tasks including moving objects up to 50 lbs
Willingness to adhere to safety precautions in a work environment with moderate risks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Familiarity with storage operations and rental agreements
Basic knowledge of property maintenance and repair
