The Safety and Industrial Business Group (SIBG) at 3M offers a diverse range of products designed to enhance safety, productivity, and efficiency across various industries. This role supports the sales team by optimizing processes, managing data, and providing strategic insights. It involves working closely with sales, marketing, and training departments to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.

    Assist the sales team in achieving sales objectives and managing customer accounts.
  • Process Optimization:
    Analyze and document sales processes, recommending improvements for efficiency and standardization.
  • Data Management:
