Job Description

As the Supply Chain Project Leader, you will lead complex, cross‑functional manufacturing and supply chain transformation projects from initial scope through execution and closeout.

Responsibilities Include
  • Serve as the project lead for strategic and complex manufacturing and supply chain transition initiatives with global, cross‑functional teams
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, resources, and milestones in partnership with senior leadership
  • Own end‑to‑end project execution, including stage‑gate preparation and decision‑making support
  • Ensure delivery of project outcomes while managing cost, schedule, quality, resource planning, and compliance with corporate policies and standards
  • Maintain and actively manage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) logs across all initiatives, proactively escalating critical risks as needed
  • Act as the primary escalation point for functional and cross‑functional project challenges
  • Continuously improve project methodologies, standards, and tools; train and coach stakeholders on effective execution practices
  • Provide structured support to leaders and teams through organizational and operational transitions, recognizing both business and change management impacts
  • Manage project governance, reporting, and documentation to ensure transparency and accuracy
  • Drive adherence to—and continuous improvement of—enterprise processes, systems, standards, and project management tools
Qualifications Required
  • Proven experience leading strategic, complex projects within large-scale manufacturing, supply chain, or corporate transformation environments
  • Demonstrated ability to own outcomes with a strong delivery and execution mindset
  • Ability to connect enterprise-level strategy with detailed execution planning, including dependencies and risk management
  • Strong financial acumen with experience aligning operational execution to financial objectives and value realization
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Proven change management capabilities and experience leading teams through transformation in evolving environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, Power BI, and SAP
Preferred
