Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Business Office Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the Accounts Receivable Ledger accurately for the healthcare campus.

Responsibilities include:

Perform Resident Personal Account Functions.

Perform routine office clerical duties.

Monitor flow of printing and distribute accordingly.

Program Business Office Manager coverage in the absence of the Business Office Manager.

Attend required in-services and complete assigned online modules.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Office Manager.

Qualifications

High school diploma.
Minimum of one year of accounts receivable experience.
Experience with Medicare/Medicaid billing processes.
