About the Company
A Vending/Leasing company is seeking a Staff Accountant in the Twin Cities/Western Wisconsin. We are proud of our culture and want honest and hard-working individuals to join the team! Payroll, P&L, organization, and communication with operations are all needed experience and background.
Responsibilities- Oversee accounts payable and cash disbursements
- Manage accounts receivable functions
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Maintain the general ledger
- Oversee inventory management
- Coordinate payroll processing with third-party provider
- Execute month-end close processes
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline
- Minimum of five years’ experience in accounting, including AR, AP, reconciliations, and inventory management
- Proficiency with accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft 365 is preferred
