Flynn Panera is a franchisee of Panera Bread. Our cafes are upscale, friendly spaces featuring baked breads and pastries, made‑to‑order soups, salads, sandwiches, and specialty espresso beverages. This role requires no late nights and a morning‑person schedule. Managers supervise up to 75 staff members, delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Provide outstanding leadership to the team.
• Passionately inspire, coach, counsel, and develop associates.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, safety, and facility management.
• Order, schedule, manage labor, and maintain marketing, facility, bakery, and catering operations.
• Analyze sales, forecast profitability, and execute plans for sustained results.
• Act as the primary conduit of information between associates and management.
• Recruit, train, and schedule staff to meet staffing par levels.
• Control costs and manage budgets.
• Conduct table visits, resolve associate questions, and provide performance reviews.
• Ensure bakery and cafe staff are fully trained and competent.

• 2–3 years of hospitality or restaurant management experience.
• Degree or equivalent in Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management preferred.
• Food Management Certifications a plus.
• “Run it Like You Own It” mentality.
