Join our team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Indigo. This is a Float position for our Central Region Clinics based out of the Tukwila Urgent Care Clinic.
Full Time: 14 shifts/month, schedules created two months in advance with team input, offering flexibility with weekend and holiday rotations.
Compensation: Earning potential of $200k+, as part of Indigo's market-leading total rewards and compensation philosophy for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
Schedule: 8am-8pm

Position SummaryIndigo Health is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our highly cohesive and innovative team. This is a float position supporting our urgent care clinics. Providers at Indigo are passionate about modernizing medicine by making it simpler, friendlier, and more accessible. They are driven by collaboration, science, and delivering a 'wow' experience for each patient.
Candidates can expect to work at the top of their license with opportunities to lead and mentor. We have created a better way to work in healthcare that empowers providers with focus, peer support, and a 5-star clinical team.
The Opportunity- Clinics are open 7 days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM.
- Schedule is created 2 months in advance.
- Location may vary; same-day shift changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or callouts.
- Must be confident in suturing, splinting, minor procedures, x-ray reads, treating all ages, and practicing autonomously.
- Competitive salary, benefits, and paid malpractice are offered.
- Active Washington license at the time of employment.
- DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience post-degree in UC, ED, or FM setting.
