Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our highly cohesive and innovative team as a float provider for our urgent care clinics. The role supports multiple locations in the Central Region, based at the Federal Way Urgent Care Clinic. The position is part‑time: 8–9 shifts/month with schedules created two months in advance, offering flexibility with weekend and holiday rotations.

Compensation & Schedule

• 8 am–8 pm shifts

The Opportunity

• Clinics open 7 days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM
• Schedule created 2 months in advance; same‑day shift changes may occur
• Location may vary; part of the float pool team
• Required confidence in suturing, splinting, minor office procedures, X‑ray reads, treating all ages, and practicing autonomously

Requirements

• Washington license (active/good standing) by the time of employment
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience (post‑degree) in UC, ED or FM setting
