Service Coordinator​/Dispatcher

We’re seeking a highly motivated Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our technicians, management, and customers.

• Answer phones and respond promptly to service requests
• Dispatch technicians to service calls, monthly maintenance, and projects
• Schedule service requests efficiently via phone and email
• Open, issue, and manage work orders
• Provide customers with timely updates on job status and workflow progress
• Source, order, and track parts as required
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the service department
• Create and distribute schedules, notices, and other communications
• Assist management with additional duties as required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• 1–2 years of experience in a service coordination, dispatch or administrative role
• Understanding of plumbing and HVAC systems (asset)
• Familiarity with common parts, tools, and equipment used in the trade (asset)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; quick learner with dispatch software
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Detail‑oriented, efficient, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment
