** What You’ll Do
** As a Parts Counter Person, you’ll play a key role in keeping our service department running smoothly and helping customers find exactly what they need. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers and technicians with parts inquiries
* Looking up, ordering, and stocking parts and accessories
* Maintaining inventory accuracy and organization
* Processing parts orders, returns, and invoices
* Helping walk-in customers at the retail counter
* Building strong relationships with customers, technicians, and team members
* Ensuring a clean, well-organized parts area
** What We’re Looking For
** We’re searching for someone who is:
* Friendly, helpful, and customer-focused
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
* Comfortable using computers and parts lookup systems
* Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment
* Experienced in automotive parts (preferred but not required!)If you have previous dealership or parts experience, that’s a plus—but we’re willing to train the right person with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
