, and become part of a fast-paced warehouse team that keeps products moving and customers satisfied. This position is strictly for experienced Reach Truck Forklift Operators who are confident, safety-focused, and ready to perform in a high-volume environment.

Shift: 2nd shift Monday through Thursday 4:30pm — 3:00AM

Pay rate: $21.50hr

Location: Maple Grove, MN 55369

• Operate sit-down, reach, clamp, and push-pull forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, move, stack, and store products in designated locations
• Pull, pick, and prepare products for shipment according to customer requirements
• Ensure correct quantities and product types are loaded and shipped
• Move materials between staging, storage areas, and trailers
• Perform order picking and checking duties as needed
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventories
• Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanning equipment
• Ensure proper stock rotation and inventory control
• Complete equipment inspection forms prior to operation
• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or concerns promptly
• Report inventory discrepancies and assist with resolution
• Operate equipment following prescribed work methods and safety guidelines

• REQUIRED: Minimum of 1 year of recent reach truck forklift experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 10–12 hour shifts
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
• Willingness to obtain or maintain forklift certification
