Key Responsibilities

• Expertly install a full range of wall coverings, including 27”–63” widths and Type II vinyl, ensuring seamless alignment and a flawless finish.
• Accurately hang custom graphics and repeating pattern wallpapers with precise pattern matching and layout execution.
• Manage commercial projects and select residential installations, adapting techniques to meet site-specific requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with builders, contractors, and project stakeholders to meet scheduling expectations and project specifications.

Essential Functions

• Measure, cut, prepare, and install various wallcovering materials, paying close attention to pattern alignment, substrate preparation, and material handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site, including proper ladder use, tool management, and material disposal.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and contractors, providing updates and ensuring expectations are understood and achieved.
• Inspect completed installations to verify quality standards, address punch items promptly, and ensure complete client satisfaction.

• Experience installing wall coverings in commercial construction environments is required.
• Valid Minnesota driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Basic painting skills are preferred.
