We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager who brings leadership, hustle, and team spirit to everything they do. In this role you will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver results through your team. You’ll coach, train, and lead Team Sales Leads and Sales Associates to hit store goals, deliver outstanding service, and create a tes fun, fast‑paced shopping experience that feels like a retail pep rally.

From merchandising and receiving to coaching the team and daily operations, you’ll play a key role in keeping your store game‑day readyंभ..

• Staffing: shift management, leading others
• Customer service: ensuring the customer remains the top priority
• Delivery Results: inventory control, selling strategies
• Merchandising: meet Rally House visual standards; floor moves and merchandising; organizing, game‑planning and execution

• Ability to lead others and communicate clearly and confidently
• Detail oriented with an enthusiastic attitude
• Functional skills required to make basic use of digital devices and online applications
• Growth mindset and outgoing personality

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in clothing retail
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or team‑lead position coaching others
• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Sports enthusiast preferred

Required physical demands: stand and walk; talk or hear, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; differentiate colors; regularly stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds. The position also requires the ability to work in, on, around, over and under fixed equipment and ladders.

$18.00 – $23.00 per hour
