• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Oversee and be accountable for store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
• Control expenses, shrinkage, and human resources management.
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age 21.
• Physical demands: more than 8 hours standing, walking, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience required.
