As an Applebee’s Server, you will be our guests’ first and last impression. You must be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate the needs of the guests. You will work hard but enjoy doing it!

Compensation:
Applebee’s® Server’s start at minimum wage, plus the opportunity to earn tips.

Physical Standards:
Must be able to exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift (depending on flow of business). Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.

Ability to wear protective hand coverings throughout the shift. Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift. Ability to wear protective face coverings and/or masks throughout the shift. Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
