LOCATION:

Mallard Ridge, Maple Grove, MN (279 Units).

• Leasing Consultants are responsible for the performance of all activities related to apartment rentals, move‑ins, and lease renewals. The incumbent interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move‑in paperwork and procedures.
• Answer incoming phone inquiries regarding available apartments, provide information, and encourage prospects to schedule visits to the property.
• Provide tours of available apartments that meet prospect needs, inform prospects of the advantages of renting from Bigos Management, and maintain knowledge of the competition using public information.
• Follow-up with prospects who have not made a decision and continue to present the Bigos Management property.
• Qualify all prospective renters using company approved procedures.
• Assist with move-in for new renters, discuss lease and complex rules, and conduct move-in inspections; assist with move-out inspections for departing renters; follow up on lease renewals.
• Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.

• Education and Experience:
  
  High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years of customer service and/or sales experience required; previous leasing experience preferred.
• Skills and Abilities:
  
  Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication; ability to use tact, diplomacy, and a courteous manner when dealing with coworkers and the public; organizational and time-management skills; basic computer literacy (email, web applications).
• Licenses:
  Real Estate Licenses must not be active while working in this role.
• Physical Demands:
  Ability to work in a standard office setting; lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds; have vision to read printed material and a computer screen; hearing and speech to communicate in person and by telephone; ability to navigate the property/building, including stairs and common areas.
• Work Environment:
  Office setting and on-property work.
