RN Clinical Manager Monday - Friday w/ On Call Rotation Wage: $92,374 – $100,028 (DOE) At Little Falls Health Services, we believe that exceptional care begins with exceptional leadership. We’re seeking an experienced RN Clinical Manager to step into a key leadership role within our mission-driven organization, one that values people first, both residents and employees. As the RN Clinical Manager, you will provide clinical leadership to nursing staff, mentor and support team members, collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality resident care.

- Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to nursing staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional resident care
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and regulatory compliance
- Foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Current, unencumbered RN license in Minnesota
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Compassion and respect for the elderly and individuals in need of care
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and families
