Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) position in Minnesota requiring Level III NICU experience and current MN RN license.

• Position is in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
• Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with 12-hour shifts
• Required to work every third weekend
• No on-call responsibilities
• Care provided for neonatal and newborn populations
• Uses Epic for charting;
  Epic experience required
• Responsible for developing, implementing, and revising care plans for neonates
• Expected to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and delegate tasks appropriately
• Must submit all RTO requests at time of application

• Active Minnesota RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of NICU RN experience
• At least 1 year of prior travel nurse experience
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• Current NRP certification
• Recent experience caring for the newborn population
• Prior experience working in a Level III NICU
• Proficiency with Epic EMR system
