Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) position in Minnesota requiring Level III NICU experience and current MN RN license.
Responsibilities- Position is in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
- Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with 12-hour shifts
- Required to work every third weekend
- No on-call responsibilities
- Care provided for neonatal and newborn populations
- Uses Epic for charting;
Epic experience required - Responsible for developing, implementing, and revising care plans for neonates
- Expected to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and delegate tasks appropriately
- Must submit all RTO requests at time of application
- Active Minnesota RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of NICU RN experience
- At least 1 year of prior travel nurse experience
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
- Current NRP certification
- Recent experience caring for the newborn population
- Prior experience working in a Level III NICU
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system
