On‑Call Registered Nurse

Join the compassionate care team ix Hospice as an On‑Call Registered Nurse. You will provide timely, skilled, and compassionate care during evenings, nights, and weekends, responding to urgent patient needs and completing evening/weekend admissions. This 7 days on / 7 days off overnight schedule offers flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful impact.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Bachelor, or Master’s).
• 1+ years of recent acute care experience required; hospice or home care experience preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of practice and CPR certification.
• Respond to triage calls and provide after‑hours nursing visits for symptom management, admissions, and care plan updates.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans based on evolving needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, offering education and support to patients and caregivers.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation of care, outcomes, and communication.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.

• Schedule:
  
  7 days on / 7 days off Monday‑Thursday 5:00 pm‑8:00 am and Friday 5 pm‑Monday 8 am.

The starting salary range for this role is $75,000‑$101,000 annual base salary. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to geographic location, relevant education, applicable certifications, depth of experience, and special skillsets.
