Position
The Plainview-Elgin Sanitary District is accepting applications for the position of a full-time Wastewater Operator/Maintenance Person.
ResponsibilitiesThis person will work under general supervision of higher-level personnel, clean and maintain the wastewater treatment facility, lift station, force main, District owned collection system, maintain and repair mechanical equipment, and perform other related duties as assigned.
QualificationsDesired minimums:
Desire to advance in the Wastewater Treatment field, High School diploma or equivalent, Valid Class “B” Minnesota Driver’s License with Tanker Endorsement, skills to operate, maintain and repair District owned equipment and facilities. Wastewater experience preferred but not required.
Salary Range ($24/hr - $31/hr), negotiable depending on qualifications, plus benefits.
