Description
The Sanitation Operator is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing processing plant equipment and facilities.
Responsibilities- Disassemble all machines
- Clean and sanitize processing facility and equipment; including, but not limited to, scrubbing, wiping, foaming, and rinsing equipment
- Reassemble machines and prepare for USDA inspection
- Follow cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Keep work area clean, follow GMP, and wear appropriate PPE
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous sanitation experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to take direction and follow detailed instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
El Operador de Saneamiento es responsable de limpiar y desinfectar los equipos e instalaciones de la planta de procesamiento.
Responsabilidades- Desmontar todas las máquinas
- Limpiar y desinfectar las instalaciones y el equipo de procesamiento; incluidos, entre otros, equipos de fregado, limpieza, espuma y enjuague
- Vuelva a ensamblar las máquinas y prepárese para la inspección del USDA
