Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technician V to join our team, responsible for the development, production, and integration of products for weapon systems. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical, electromechanical, fabrication and/or machining/manufacturing, with expertise in constructing, troubleshooting, calibrating, adjusting, testing, diagnosing, and maintaining equipment, components, devices, or systems. This role is critical to our mission, and the ideal candidate will be able to work independently, think critically, and contribute to our team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Construct, assemble, and fabricate mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical components, devices, and systems, ensuring precise tolerances and specifications.
Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment, components, devices, or systems, and perform repairs, calibrations, and adjustments as needed.
Develop and implement test procedures to validate the performance of equipment, components, devices, or systems, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
Utilize machining capabilities, such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders, to fabricate parts and components.
Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment to move and position heavy components, devices, or systems.
Inspect and test equipment, components, devices, or systems to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed, test results, and maintenance activities.
Skills:
Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software to design, develop, and manufacture parts and components.

Full-Time Salary Range: $74508 - $119213

This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
