About the roleAssists the production supervisor in leading the production team to achieve daily Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost goals. Directs manufacturing personnel on production lines to ensure the correct products are being built efficiently and identifies areas of improvement using lean tools. Sustains a positive work environment in alignment with the company's core values.
Work ModeAt Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows an onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week.

Your responsibilities will include- Understands safety SQDC daily/monthly goals, submits safety improvement ideas
- Encourages and supports a safety and quality first culture – ensures manufacturing personnel are following SOPs
- Partners with supervisor or peers to set VSP staffing plans and communicates downtimes to ensure a smooth flow of production
- Monitors daily performance, escalates equipment and component downtimes in a timely manner
- Executes the training plan set by the production supervisor
- Leads by example, submitting continuous improvement ideas and encourages team members to do the same
- Participates in kaizen activities, aware of lean tools
- Able to use various forms of communication (in-person, Microsoft Teams, email)
- Effectively onboards new team members
- Sustains and leads by example with BSC’s Core Values & Behaviors to enable a positive work culture
- 2 year of manufacturing experience with a High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education/work experience
- 5 yeras of expereince working in a control environment/medical assembly
- SAP knowledge
- Lean champion/knows/can sustain different Lean tools (5S, WCG, Line Design, Standard Work, VSP, Time Studies)
Minimum Salary: $43,368
Maximum Salary: $73,736
