– Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Maple Grove, MN. The role involves assembling and fabricating custom power unit systems, ensuring quality and precision in every step of the production process.
Responsibilities- Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Interpret engineering designs and technical drawings.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team.
- Perform quality inspections, installations, and ensure compliance with safety standards throughout fabrication and assembly.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- ISO/Quality System training and compliance knowledge.
- Proficiency in precision fabrication and assembly techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Welding and fabrication experience, including layout work.
- Knowledge of motor wiring and circuit assembly.
- Skilled in electrical control panel assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Competence in hydraulic hose and tube assembly.
- Strong problem-solving skills for custom designs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Conduct test setups and ensure product functionality meets standards.
- Operate paint booth equipment for finishing processes.
