About the role:As a Process Development Build Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the development and launch of new products, ensuring that all pilot builds are completed smoothly and on schedule. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate and track progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with your ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, will be essential in this role.

Work Mode:
Onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week.

- Coordinate and track pilot builds for new product development projects.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and production environments to ensure smooth and timely execution of pilot builds.
- Identify and resolve potential issues that may arise during pilot builds.
- Communicate progress and any challenges to project stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and ensure all milestones are met.
- Monitor and manage resources (people, materials) for pilot builds.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement contingency plans to mitigate potential delays or roadblocks.
- Update and maintain project documentation and records.
- Train and guide team members on pilot build processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and likely projects, simultaneously.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to drive team success.
- 3 years of experience with a high school diploma/degree/equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience.
Requisition
Minimum Salary: $53,768
Maximum Salary: $91,416
The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see — will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.
Compensation for non‑exempt (hourly), non‑sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
