A rapidly growing medical device organization is expanding its production operations and seeking a hands‑on Manufacturing Technician to support high‑volume clinical and commercial builds. If you enjoy being on the production floor, solving problems in real time, and working in a collaborative, high‑energy environment, this role is for you.

• Work directly on the manufacturing line, handling physical product and supporting day‑to‑day operations.
• Troubleshoot issues, assist operators and line leads, and help maintain efficient line performance.
• Collect, track, and communicate daily production metrics and KPIs.
• Support training activities and serve as the “pulse of the floor,” ensuring teams stay aligned.
• Partner closely with engineering, operations, and quality teams.

• 3–5 years of hands‑on catheter assembly experience or similar medical device manufacturing background.
• Experience in testing, troubleshooting, balloon manufacturing, or process understanding (5–10 years a plus).
• Cleanroom experience with sterile product handling.
• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and standard manufacturing documentation practices.

• Electromechanical experience
• IPC certifications
• Exposure to validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ)
