Our newer, full-service veterinary hospital in Maple Grove, MN (opened February 2024) is seeking an experienced Practice Manager who is both a strong people leader and a results-driven operator. This role partners closely with Medical Director Dr. Annie Biele to drive profitable growth, operational efficiency, and team engagement while maintaining a collaborative, high-quality care environment.
This position offers meaningful autonomy at the hospital level, with the authority to assess, implement, and refine workflows in partnership with the Medical Director and leadership team. We are seeking a leader who enjoys building culture and building structure — someone who can coach through feedback, guide performance improvement, and make data-informed decisions that support the long-term success of the hospital.
