• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on resort facilities, including cabins, docks, and common areas
• Maintain landscaping, groundskeeping, and outdoor amenities to ensure a pristine environment
• Conduct inspections of equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and structural components, addressing issues proactively
• Assist with setup and breakdown of outdoor events and activities
• Ensure health and safety standards are consistently met and maintained
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and provide excellent customer service
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and inventory supplies

• Proven experience in maintenance, groundskeeping, or a similar role
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general repair techniques
• Ability to operate basic tools and maintenance equipment safely
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina and ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
