• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 9:00 a.m.‑1:00 p.m.

• Responsible for courteous, efficient customer service conduct at all times.
• Handle resident issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining Bader’s standard of professionalism.
• Deliver notices to residents as directed.
• Report any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents or the property.

• Maintain certain aspects of the building and grounds as assigned by management.
• Prepare and/or touch up vacant units for occupancy.
• Move heavy equipment such as dumpsters, appliances, etc.
• Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.

• Have a thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures and community policies.
• Operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times and comply with all industry Fair Housing rules.
• Complete assigned training as directed and attend staff meetings as required.

Positions where the candidates possess a strong customer service orientation, basic custodial skills, and a willingness to learn and comply with company policies and regulations are highly desirable.
