Tableau Developer

We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to support a Cardiology Sales Operations team by designing and delivering impactful dashboards and data visualizations that drive data‑informed decision making. This role partners closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Translate business and sales requirements into effective analytical solutions.
• Develop and manage data models, data sources, and Tableau extracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and IT.
• Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and efficient data refresh.
• Perform data analysis, validate data accuracy, and identify trends across datasets.
• Provide dashboard support, enhancements, troubleshooting, and end‑user guidance.

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Policies and documented quality processes.

• 3–5 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 1–3 years with an MBA.
• Experience supporting sales operations or sales analytics.
• Experience in the medical or life sciences industry is a plus.
