Recruiter, Talent Manager

Job Description

This role provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department with a focus on staffing and recruiting activities.

The recruiter supports end-to-end recruiting processes and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within the staffing function.

The position works closely with HR stakeholders to support hiring needs and ensure efficient recruiting operations.

• High volume recruiting experience supporting indirect labor roles.
• High school diploma required.
• Recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience supporting high volume recruiting activities.
• Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates based on job-related criteria.
• Manufacturing or direct labor recruiting experience is preferred.

• Utilize recruiting processes and resume tracking systems to support staffing activities.
• Engage internal resources to enhance the strategic role of the staffing function and reduce non-value-added work.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and provide recommendations to improve recruiting processes.
• Conduct interviews by evaluating experience, education, training, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
• Prepare, extend, and negotiate employment offers in alignment with internal guidelines.
• Gather and prepare data for HR initiatives and programs, including the creation of documents and files using office productivity tools.
• Manage and enter data across HR systems related to employee records, recruitment, compensation, benefits, and learning.
• Provide data and procedural information related to HR processes to internal stakeholders.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree with a focus in Human Resources.

• High school diploma required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
