Job Description
This role provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department with a focus on staffing and recruiting activities.
The recruiter supports end-to-end recruiting processes and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within the staffing function.
The position works closely with HR stakeholders to support hiring needs and ensure efficient recruiting operations.
Requirements- High volume recruiting experience supporting indirect labor roles.
- High school diploma required.
- Recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting high volume recruiting activities.
- Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates based on job-related criteria.
- Manufacturing or direct labor recruiting experience is preferred.
- Utilize recruiting processes and resume tracking systems to support staffing activities.
- Engage internal resources to enhance the strategic role of the staffing function and reduce non-value-added work.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and provide recommendations to improve recruiting processes.
- Conduct interviews by evaluating experience, education, training, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
- Prepare, extend, and negotiate employment offers in alignment with internal guidelines.
- Gather and prepare data for HR initiatives and programs, including the creation of documents and files using office productivity tools.
- Manage and enter data across HR systems related to employee records, recruitment, compensation, benefits, and learning.
- Provide data and procedural information related to HR processes to internal stakeholders.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree with a focus in Human Resources.
- High school diploma required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
