Base pay range: $61,000.00/yr - $97,000.00/yr

Compensation range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually.

As a pre‑licensed Therapist, candidates will have a Master’s degree with eligibility to become licensed as a LMFT, LPCC or LICSW. Candidate will provide psychotherapy services and skills training for clients (ranging from infants to adults) with mental illness and/or mental health needs.

• Licensure Supervision for those pursuing Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Master’s degree with eligibility to become licensed as a LMFT, LPCC or LICSW
• Knowledge of family systems and their impact on mental health within the family.
• Knowledge of varied interventions with children/families/individuals in crisis.
• Proficient use of computers for communicating and documenting for clients and staff.
• Strong skills in managing a flexible schedule and ability to appropriately manage referrals.
• Ability to transport self between client homes/clinic and/or community based locations.
