• Provide culturally responsive mental‑health skills to clients and/or their families in the home and community.
• Assist clients in identifying and working toward goals for functional improvement.
• Design and implement in‑home treatment/intervention reflective of client needs.

• Qualified to practice under at least one of the following categories:
• Behavioral Health Practitioner as per MN State Statute 245I.04.04 (includes Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field, or Bachelor’s degree plus 2,000 hours of supervised experience).
• Clinical Trainee per MN State Statute 245I.04.06 (completed accredited graduate program preparing for independent licensure).
• Mental Health Professional per MN Statute 245I.04.02 (licensed as LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP in Minnesota).
• Desire to work with children and families and/or adults in their homes; capable of navigating stairs, crouching, stooping, sitting on floors, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently; valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable vehicle; can drive within a 30‑mile radius of the clinic.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• For adult services: must be available during general daytime hours.
