Longevity @ 4 years +4% = $53.03 ($110,302)
Longevity @ 8 years +6% = $54.05 ($112,424)
Longevity @ 12 years +8% = $55.07 ($114,546)
Longevity @ 16 years +10% = $56.09 ($116,667)
