Manufacturing Engineer IV/Process Engineer (Contract)
Location:
Maple Grove, MN
Hourly Rate: $55–$70 per hour (rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors).
Responsibilities- Lead clinical build line and own process development deliverables, including validation documentation and process characterization.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Production, Regulatory, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure project success.
- Drive process improvements using Six Sigma and other methodologies to solve complex technical problems.
- Design and coordinate engineering tests, analyze results, and prepare detailed technical reports.
- Manage project goals, documentation, and capital equipment requests while leading cross‑functional teams.
- Train and provide work direction to operators, technicians, and engineers as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical, or related field).
- 5+ years of experience in process development and commercialization.
- Strong knowledge of electropolishing and experience with Keyence and Sensofar measurement technology.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex engineering projects in a regulated environment.
